No Child Hungry meal packing events are the heart of what we do. These events bring together groups, organizations, and entire communities to take action and fight childhood hunger. Each event is sponsored by a company, a religious organization, a school group or simply any group of people what want to provide an important service to their community, make an impact on hunger, and have a great time together.
As a sponsor organization, you provide the space for the event, the volunteers who pack the meals, and you cover the cost of the ingredients. We provide everything else. We bring the ingredients, the packing equipment, the food safety gear, and even a sound system to supply some great tunes during the event. We also provide our world-class event planning and execution team to ensure your event is a success.
No Child Hungry is your turn-key solution to connect your event, your attendees and your team with the community. Our meal packing events have been a big hit at countless conferences, meetings, church events, office gatherings, team-building events, family reunions, and any other gathering you can imagine. We provide all the supplies, handle all the logistics, and can coordinate an event with your schedule. We pack at least 10,000 each time, and can host an event that packs up to 1,000,000 meals. (And yes, we've done that! More than once!)

We'll take it from there, and will provide you with a custom event proposal. As an extremely efficient 501(c)3 nonprofit with a four star, 100/100 rating from Charity Navigator, we keep your costs low! Meals cost only 40¢! That includes everything you need for a very successful event! All we ask is that you provide tables (and we'll give you the number needed based on how many meals and participants you'll have)
And it's turnkey?
That's right! We handle all the details to make your CSR event a success! Once we have your date locked in, our team will do all the heavy lifting, and we'll provide:

All food safety gear for your group (gloves, aprons, and stylish hairnets)

All packaging materials, including meal bags and boxes

Delivery of your completed meals, as our team will coordinate the right partners around the corner and around the world, based on your preferences

What's it cost?
As a highly-rated 501(c)3 organization, No Child Hungry is among the most efficient partners you can secure to host a high-impact, mega-energy and meaningful meal-packing event!
We build every event from scratch. There's a few things we'll need to know so we can give you an accurate cost, like the number of meals you'll want to pack, the location of your event, and the supporting assets you'll need to make the event a success. But don't worry. Meal packing events start as low as $4,000. (And if your budget is less than that, we've got other options, so visit our CSR page!)
We dare you to dream big! You don't need to do a million meals (but you can, and we have), but we'll help you maximize your budget to make a massive impact!
